Recent Work.

Here's some of my recent work, some corrisponding with college work and most personal work.

Studio shot of an Absolute Raspberry bottle, condensed in cold water and then placed under hot studio lights. Then shot with a flash either side of the bottle. Edited by dodging the highlights and burning the shadows to create more depth and detail.

Long exposure of a train track with 2 trains passing either other on different sides of the tracks. Very lucky timing.

Long exposure over Shipley Park lake. Taken at around 9:30pm. Exposure time was around 75-85 seconds. No editing apart from speckle (dust) removal. The white marks in the sky are stars.

A landscape of the pyrenees mountain range on a flight to Barcelona. Zoom lens used to frame. No editing apart from a VERY SLIGHT change in B+C.

Solargram or solargraph, created by using a pin hole camera i made myself. Instead of being a short exposure and developed normally, there is a much longer exposure needed for the light to be "burnt into" the light sensitive paper. This is an 8 day exposure, currently in the process of doing more, longer exposures. Simply scanned in, reversed and inversed (colour).

Landscape taken on a Mamiya RB67, click the name to see more info. This is the remains of a factory that burnt down not long ago. The girders have actually been removed now, follow up image to come.
